【WordPress】自動で書き出される絵文字用のコードを削除する方法

ワードプレスは絵文字を書き出すためのスクリプトとcssがhead内に勝手に書き出されています。
結構長い上にはっきり言って無駄なので消したいですね。

絵文字を書き出すコードの確認

下記がhead内に勝手に書き出されている絵文字用のコードです。
これを書き出されないようにします。
プラグインでも無効にすることは出来ますが、これぐらいの事でプラグインを入れるのは辞めましょう。

下記を丸っとfunctions.phpに記述します。
